With our IP20 LED strip 10W and 5 meters. With adhesive tape for easy installation, it requires a power supply and is suitable for installation on an aluminium profile for good heat distribution.
Our LED strip is self-adhesive for easy installation. The LED strip requires a constant current direct current (DC) power supply to power it. The LED strips are dimmable (-Dimmable-).
The LED strip can be cut and joined by the spaces indicated on the strip (copper junction area), always following the relevant instructions, (take care that the soldering iron maintains brief contact with the strip when soldering, as excessive heat will damage the conductor).
It is recommended that any type of installation of this type does not exceed 10 metres in order to avoid voltage drops in the direct current that feeds the LED strips, although you also have the option of feeding the strip from both ends, which is more recommendable if you are going to install 20 continuous metres. For the installation of more continuous metres, you will need to install signal amplifiers for the LED strip.
In its placement, to increase the life of the LED strip, it is advisable to use the double-sided heat sink tape, as well as place it on aluminium profile, for proper heat management of the LED strip itself.
