This 24V DC 240LED / m IP20 LED Strip has a length of 5 meters and integrates 300 highly efficient SMD2835 technology LEDs that only consume 13 watts per meter. The bright and colorful light it emits is spread out at an angle of 120º.
Our LED strip is self-adhesive for easy installation. The LED strip requires a constant current (DC) direct current power supply to power it. The LED strips can be dimmed (-Dimmables-).
The LED strip can be cut and joined by the spaces indicated in it (union copper area), always following the relevant instructions, (be careful that the welder maintains a brief contact with the strip when welding it, since excessive heat will damage the conductor).
It is recommended that any type of installation of this type does not exceed 10 meters to avoid voltage drops of the direct current that powers the LED strips, although you also have the option of feeding the strip from both ends, a more recommended option if you go place 20 continuous meters. For the installation of more continuous meters, you will need the installation of signal amplifiers for the LED strip.
In its placement, to increase the useful life of the LED strip, it is advisable to use the double-sided heat dissipating tape, as well as to place it on an aluminum profile, for a correct management of the heat of the LED strip itself.
